Official visit to Estonia of Georgian Foreign Minister

On January, 30-31 in Estonia with an official visit guests Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Maia Panjikidze.


During the visit she met with President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, Prime Minister Andrus Ansip, Minister of Culture Rein Langomi, representatives of the parliamentary committee on foreign affairs. Also Panjikidze met with Georgian Diaspora in Estonia. This is the first visit of Panjikidze in this position in Estonia.


During the visit discussion will be focused on the Estonian-Georgian relations, international cooperation, as well as the internal political situation in Georgia after the recent parliamentary elections in the fall of 2012. Also will be discussed the topic of Georgia's integration into the EU and NATO.


During the visit, the Georgian Foreign Minister will visit the center of the Eastern Partnership. Is scheduled an interview with Estonian media, and also visit of the center of the Eastern Partnership.
