Foreign Ministers of Latvia and Bulgaria visit Georgia

Today the Foreign Minister of Latvia Edgars Rinevichs and Bulgarian Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin pay a working visit to Georgia.

According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, during a working visit, Foreign Minister of Latvia and Bulgaria will attend the ratification by the Parliament of Georgia Association Agreement with the EU. Also is planned their speech.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the visit of Rinevichs and Vigenin will be hold meetings with the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and State Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration. They will also hold a meeting with the chairman of the Georgian parliament.

"At the meetings will be considered as bilateral relations and issues of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Georgia, the process of implementation of the Association Agreement with the EU and the situation in the region" - Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.

It should be noted that since January 2015 Latvia will take the chairmanship of the EU Council.
