Tbilisi will host Aviation Forum Routes Silk Road 2014

July 6-8, Tbilisi will host one of the largest aviation forums Routes Silk Road 2014.

Event is organized by "Association of Georgia airports", with the assistance of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

As reported by the Georgian Economic Office, the forum will be attended by 300 delegates, including more than 50 airlines and representatives of more than 60 airports of the world.

According to the information in the first part of the forum will be held a strategic summit at which delegates will perform and discuss the main themes. As well attention will be focused on such important issues as the liberalization of the visa regime, promotion of tourism by the ruling parties of the country and the challenges facing the development of modern aviation.

The second part of the forum will be provided one-on-one meetings, during which representatives of airlines and airports will discuss possible ways of cooperation, will hold talks on the planning and implementation of new flights.

Routes Silk Road sponsors are: "Winemaking Khareba", "Sno" Geoaeronavigation, Air Wissol, Georgia Petroleum, TAV Georgia, the National Tourism Administration, Service Air and Heli Air Monaco.
